If you meet the following requirements, you could be eligible for free tuition and fees through the Sullivan Promise Scholarship!

• A resident of Sullivan County, NY for a period of two full years prior to graduation or receipt of GED.
• A 2022-current high school graduate OR a 2022-current GED recipient
• Complete submission of required financial aid applications
• Enroll as a full-time student in a degree program during the Fall and Spring semesters.
