Out-of-State Students
All students—whether in-state or out-of-state—must first use SUNY Sullivan’s campus-based procedures. After those steps are complete, the next step is to file a complaint with the SARA State Portal Entity of the state in which the institution is located (New York), not the state in which the student resides.
